About the Recipe
This avocado salad is a staple in my household — simple, fresh, and full of flavor every time.

Ingredients
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, halved and thinly sliced
1 shallot, diced (or ½ red onion)
¼ bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 red Fresno chili, thinly sliced
Olive oil, for drizzling
Salt, to taste
1 tsp fresh lemon juice for each avocado half
Preparation
Directions:
Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and slice thinly. Arrange on a serving plate.
Sprinkle each half with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Top with diced shallot (or red onion), chopped cilantro, and sliced Fresno chili.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
Serve immediately while the avocados are fresh.
