All orders are shipped out from Los Angeles, California. We ship out on all weekdays Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard Shipping:
3 to 5 business days with UPS & USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping is calculated based on order weight and shipping destination.

1 to 3 business days with USPS Express Mail.

Once your order is received, processed, and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 2 days for tracking information to update.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

3 to 10 business days USPS, FEDEX, DHL or UPS.

LOST PACKAGES
For lost packages, please contact hello@sivanskitchen.com with your order number. We will do our best to resolve your issue and file a claim with the shipping company if needed. However, we are not responsible for packages in which confirmation of delivery is issued upon the listed address.
