Just the right cookie to add to your Passover dessert list!

Ingredients
Ingredients:
1. 1 large egg white
2. ½ cup (70g) powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)
3. 2 cups (190g) sliced almonds
4. 1 tbsp (12g) vanilla paste or extract
5. 1 tbsp (12g) honey
Preparation
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C).
2. In a bowl, combine the egg white, powdered sugar, sliced almonds, vanilla, and honey. Mix until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes wet and smooth.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop portions of the mixture onto the sheet, shaping each portion into a circle with your fingers.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cookies are golden.
5. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool completely before removing them from the parchment paper.
6. Plate and enjoy!
Storage:
– These cookies can be made ahead of time and frozen.
– For freshness, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
