About the Recipe
The easiest treat you’ll ever make. These crunchy, chocolatey bites are my go-to freezer stash for when that sweet tooth hits. Made with just three ingredients, they’re Passover friendly, snack approved, and completely addictive.

Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 cup raw quinoa
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
A handful of dried cranberries (Optional, but highly recommended for that chewy-sweet pop!)
Preparation
Directions:
1. Toast the QuinoaHeat a pan over medium heat and add the raw quinoa. Stir continuously for about 5 minutes. You’ll start to hear it pop—kind of like mini popcorn. That’s your cue it’s toasting perfectly!
2. Melt the ChocolateOnce the quinoa is fragrant and lightly golden, reduce the heat to low.Add the chocolate chips directly into the pan and stir gently until they’re fully melted and the quinoa is well coated.Be careful not to overheat—chocolate burns quickly!
3. Add Cranberries (Optional but Delicious)Toss in the dried cranberries and mix to combine.
4. Scoop & ChillRemove the pan from heat. Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.I love using a mini cookie scoop to keep them uniform (and cute).Place the tray in the fridge or freezer for about 20 minutes, or until the bites are firm.
5. Snack & StoreEnjoy straight from the fridge or freezer.Keep a stash on hand—you’ll thank yourself later!
